Utilising the modes of communication which were most often a part of days during the pandemic, I bring together videos sent over email and WhatsApp from friends and family to record a very specific motif — the act of washing and sanitising. Driven by fear, this looped action that was never before viewed with such importance, becomes a portrait of a moment in time as well as of multiple collaborators from across the world.
