Just at the moment when the news of the virus from China and the US were filtering in, I had a lengthy bout of a cough owing to which I was isolated in a separate room in my home. Unsure of what was to come, these series of drawings were done in March and April 2020, as a personal and vulnerable reaction to the news that was making the rounds.
